North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Holiday Open House Tom Burke chaired the committee for the past two years, that is responsible for the NDCC Holiday Open House. The open house collects toys for the Dallas Santa Cops program. North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Adopt-A-Family Program The 2001 holiday season brought to the forefront a wonderful program which Hefner & Associates was able to help co-found with NDCC and the North Dallas Police department. The program involved individual North Dallas Police officers, working in the local community, nominating families in need. Hefner & Associates would match these families with a local NDCC business' that agreed to sponsor Christmas for a family. This initial year for the program was a wonderful success. Seven families were adopted and over 300 items and gifts were donated. Items ranged from toys, winter coats, mattresses, bedding, computers, cookware, gift certificates, and much, much more. Hefner & Associates is working hard to make this program a tradition and continuing its success. Hefner & Associates is also a proud sponsor of our local Pearce High school Athletics teams.
